9. Two trips to the church field for evaluation, analysis and coaching.  All expenses and coaching fees are included. 

   1. One Evaluation and Analysis visit at the beginning of the process.  The purpose is to determine the church’s readiness for a new pastor/staff.  A written report will be presented to the church following the visit.  If the church is ready, a six month fast-track process will be presented.

   2. One Coaching visit to be determined by the church and the coach.  The purpose is to provide training and coaching as needed to complete the process efficiently.

   3. One additional trip could be added for the cost of the coach’s expenses only.
